Payment: I use Paypal, accept USD, and will send you an invoice for the payment. I only accept upfront payments for orders under $300, and you will be added to my work queue as soon as you have paid. Payment plans can be made if the order is, or exceeds, $300. However, a down payment of at least half of total cost must be made upfront. There is a 10 day due date for the full payment, or the down payment if your order is or exceeds $300. Failure to pay (life happens, it's okay), your slot will be free for a new customer.

Payment Cancellation and Refunds: If cancellation is requested, I will refund the full amount if I have not started your order, and your order will be taken out of my queue. If I have started your order and you still would like a refund, I will refund the amount I feel represents the work I would have left to complete.

Prices and Fees: Prices presented in my advertisements are base prices. Your total may be increased by: extra details (e.g. a large weapon in the background of a bust, intricate tattoos, extravagant clothing, etc.), an intricate background (e.g. an actual environment rather than a gradient or simple design/pattern), a request to finish the order by an early date (rush fee), and/or extra changes made after I've shown WIPs (I will show a WIP, or multiple if certain details are undecided, and ask if any changes are to be made. IF there are any changes to be made AFTER I present a finished piece, there will be a an additional fee requested before I send the final version). Additional prices for any of the above can be discussed and negotiated, but if I feel that we cannot settle on a reasonable price, then the requests will be negated from your order or will be replaced or edited as seen fit (e.g. tattoos will not be present or very simplified, your order will be worked on as seen in the queue, additional changes will not be made, etc.)

You may NOT use ANY of my artwork, commission or not, for your own profit by default (e.g. selling prints of the order, minting my works as an NFT, etc.). License to use my art for profit may be discussed. You may NOT heavily reference my art or trace it, even if it is an order, for your own profit (for practice/self is fine). You may use the art you purchase as icons, banners, etc., and no credit is required. If you repost the image, I would appreciate being credited!

Prices are base prices (bg/environment included), and for one image. If you'd like multiple version (i.e. One lingerie version and one nude version), a 75% fee will be added to your total.

I am taking multiple orders for a pose, so no pose may be 100% unique. Please keep that in mind.
